About Cornerstone Women's Ministry
Cornerstone Women's Ministry is a ministry composed of women who love the Lord and have a desire to share His love with others. Its primary goal is to encourage women to utilize their God-given gifts and talents to serve others–from the church body, to the community, to the world– while building and enhancing their relationships with other women. Although it is made up of individuals with many different gifts and abilities, our women’s ministries function as a team. Together we are actively involved in a variety of ministries, such as Missions, Hospitality, Intercessory Prayer, Meals, and other projects and are also involved in birthing new ministries at Cornerstone. We believe there is a place of service for every woman where she can utilize her God-given gifts and pursue her passions. Ministries
Women’s Christmas Breakfast
The first Saturday morning in December is spent together to celebrate the Christmas season together. Wonderful food, music, a special speaker and lots of fun is what’s in store for this special day.
Intercessory Prayer Chain
Establishing a solid foundation of intercessors to pray for our ministry, church, community, nation, etc. Meals Ministry Providing meals to individuals and families who have had a death in the immediate family, hospital stay, new baby or extended illness.
Missions
From feeding needy families at Thanksgiving, to supporting missionaries abroad, to providing Christmas gifts for needy children in various parts of the world, this ministry focuses on meeting physical and spiritual needs.
Hospitality Ministry
Organizing and providing food and décor for various gatherings.
Women's Small Group Bible Study
Our Women's Bible Study is a community of women who gather twice a month to study God's word together, pray for each other and enjoy the blessing of friendship with sisters in Christ. All women, college age and older, are welcome to join us on the first and third Tuesday of the month from 6:30 - 8pm at Cornerstone.
